Do you love Jesus and enjoy using After Effects to tell inspiring stories with cool visuals? Then we’re looking for you!

The MOTION team is a visual media ministry of TWR. We make video content for church planters who use media as part of their disciple-making strategy. One of the main types of content we create are animations. We created Share the Story, an animated series of Bible stories. And we’re currently working on a discipleship series called Progressing Together.

Why we need you:

We’d love to take our animations to the next level so we’re looking for someone who can use their creativity and artistic know-how to enhance our animation process. The better our animations are the better the content serves the disciple-making efforts of our church planting partners.

We need you if you’re good at:

• Producing compelling animations in Adobe After Effects.
• Brainstorming with a team to develop visual ideas and concepts.
• Communicating with illustrators to provide necessary information for file set up and organization.
• Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts and produce animations.
• Preparing final illustrations for animation.
• Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.

It’s extra awesome if you also:

• Produce videos in Premiere Pro.
• Stay organized. Media managing project files isn’t always the most glamorous, but it feels oh-so-good when things are in order.
• Foosball. (But we can teach you.)

And we’ll also need you to:

• Raise personal financial and prayer support.
• Communicate with and encouraging personal supporters.
• Encourage other Christians to engage in global missions.
